When planning a party make sure to reserve a bounce house from The Jumper Guys well in advance to avoid disappointment as their jumpers are extremely popular, however they are always ready and willing to accommodate their customers in any way they can.

A deposit is not required on reservation; however they will accept credit card reservation on the jumper rentals. Their cancellation policy allows for 7 days before the party, however after that they do charge a restocking fee of 20%, so ensure to cancel in advance when the jumper is not needed anymore. Once the jumper is delivered and set up, there will be no refund after payment is made with a credit card in the event of bad weather conditions.

Added service to their customers is the facility for clients to pay at their location with a credit card, thus payment can be made after the order has been placed for a rental. They accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover and only charge for delivery when the area is out of their zone. Customers are no allowed to set up or take down the jumper for safety reasons, but it only takes 15 minutes to set it up.

The inflatables can accommodate more children if they are under the age of 12, anywhere from 8 to 10 children and is recommended to avoid injury not to allow more at the risk of overcrowding. Teenagers should be no more than six at a time and no more than 5 adults, always without shoes or sharp objects inside the jumper.

The Jumper Guys assure their inflatables to be thoroughly clean and in good working order and it is advised to have adult supervision especially for young children.
